An iron rich first food for babies packed with nutrients from white beans, roasted red pepper and baked sweet potato. Babies will love the sweet taste and silky texture of this homemade puree.

Ingredients

  • 1 baked sweet potato, a small size, or 1/2 a large
  • 1 roasted red pepper, with the skin peeled off
  • 4 Tablespoons haricot / navy beans, cooked

Instructions 

  • Puree all of the ingredients using a food processor or mini blender.

Notes

You can steam your sweet potato and red pepper to make this too, or put all the ingredients in a steamer / blender.
