Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise , or another cup of fat free greek yogurt + 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Optional : milk, to thin it out

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • If your ranch is very thick (possible with very thick greek yogurt) and you want a more pourable texture, add some milk until you achieve the right texture.
  • Refrigerate for as long as you can before serving to allow the flavors to develop, at least 2 hours.

Notes

If making with all yogurt, depending on the brand you use, you may find the taste too sour - you might wish to add in a little honey or agave syrup if that is the case.
