Prepare the dip by blending all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender.
Make your skewers by slicing the tomatoes in half and placing toothpicks through them, with a ball of bocconcini sandwiched between the two slices.
Plate your skewers with approximately half of the yield of dip.

This recipe makes the amount pictured - around 30 skewers. You'll have double the amount of dip you're likely to need, so if you're making this for a larger crowd you can double the skewers without needing to double the dip.
