Simple Creamy Pesto Salad Dressing
This homemade creamy pesto salad dressing will only take five minutes to put together but tastes amazing! It's the perfect accompaniment to an Italian meal. This recipe makes enough basil pesto dressing for one salad.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ⅛ tsp caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp basil pesto
- A few grinds each of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl, until creamy and emulsified.
- Yep, that's it! Now pour into your salad.
