Pour the espresso and Baileys into a large mug or latte glass.
In a small saucepan, heat the pureed sweet potato, vanilla and spices until fragrant. Whisk in the milk and keep over the heat, whisking constantly, until warm and frothy. Sift out the cloves and pour into the mug on top of the espresso / Baileys mix.
