Harissa Ranch Dressing

The addition of harissa paste gives this homemade salad dressing an incredible flavor twist. It is creamy and cooling but with a little kick of sweet smoky spice. If you enjoy chipotle ranch, this is a must try! Perfect for salads, bowls, burgers and wraps.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream, you can use greek yogurt if you prefer
  • ¼ cup (4 Tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp harissa paste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
  • For best results, refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before eating to allow the flavors to develop.
