¼cup+ 1 Tbsp almond milk, I used unsweetened, but sweetened would be fine too
2Tbspvegetable oil
1.5Tbspvegan chocolate and hazelnut spread
2strawberries, chopped into small pieces
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
Add almond milk, whisk through.
Add vegetable oil, whisk through.
Pour batter into mug.
Dollop a tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread on top of the batter. It will sink in a little.
Add your chopped strawberries on top of the chocolate hazelnut spread.
Dollop another half tablespoon on top of the strawberries.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes (lower if you have a high powered microwave, higher if you are making more than one at a time) or until the top of springy and dry.
