Just a quick one to let you know about a fantastic new e-cookbook, The Happy Healthy Heart Cookbook, in aid Heart Research UK, which I am proud to say I have been featured in! It is FREE to download, but if you like the book, you can make a donation to Heart Research UK.

As the name suggests, the focus of the cookbook is heart healthy recipes. They are low in saturated fat and salt, use healthy whole grains and heart friendly oils.

I contributed a slightly modified version of my Kale & Avocado Pesto Pasta for this cookbook and many other bloggers and nutritional experts contributed recipes too. LOTS of the recipes are vegetarian and/or vegan.
