Lighter Choices

If you’re looking for recipes compatible with your weight loss goals, this selection of recipes can give you a filling dinner under 600 calories. Where the recipe requires side dishes, opt for whole grains such as brown rice or a big leafy, veggie packed salad.

Please note that I am not a nutritionist and have used my own judgement to select the recipes to include here – they have not been tested for their compatibility with any given weight loss plan (ie Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Noom) though please feel free to comment on the recipes with your feedback if you are following any of these plans.
